Ben Shepherd working out on Speedflex

Speedflex is a very impressive piece of kit… an efficient exercise concept that has got a very impressive following. Alan Shearer and Rob Lee are ambassadors for the company and they are increasing the interest of professional football clubs up and down the country.
But it’s quite difficult to explain… which is where we came in. Working with another advocate of the system Ben Shepherd, we came up with this simple and effective film that introduces you to the concept and a little physiology (not complicated!) explaining it’s effectiveness.
